What is the watch made of?
The watch is made of stainless steel of the quality 316L.
Glass – The glass of the watch is made of hardened mineral glass. It is resistant against normal wear and tear but should be used with care.
Battery – The expected life length of the battery is 2 to 4 years depending on outer conditions such as heat/cold. The battery is a silver oxide cell battery (standard button cell).
Leather wristband – The leather wristbands are made of Italian calf leather and are treated with vegetable oil.
What does 3ATM mean?
Our watches are classified as water resistant 3ATM. That means they are suitable for everyday use and are splash/rain resistant but should avoid direct contact with water.
How do I place an order?
To place your order, you choose the item that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure when paying so that we are able to capture the amount and ship your order.
Where can I enter my discount code?
Your discount code can be added to your cart which you will find on the page of your cart. The discount will immediately be discounted from the total sum when applying the coupon. Please note that you can only use one discount code per order.
Was my order successful?
If money has been captured from your account, the order has reached us and will be processed by our warehouse. Your order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address that you provided when placing your order. You can also see your order status if you log in to your user account. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact our customer service.
Was I charged twice?
Your credit card will only be charged once.
If you just placed your order and you received an error at first, the second charge you are seeing is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

Information regarding VAT
When you order from a country within the EU, Hong Kong, China, Singapore or Switzerland (orders below 2 400 SEK) and Australia / New Zealand (orders below 6 000 SEK) you pay the price including Swedish VAT and no other fees are added.
When you order from a country outside of the EU, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Switzerland or Australia / New Zealand, the Italy VAT is deducted from the price, and instead you pay VAT and customs duty in the receiving country.
The deduction or inclusion of the VAT is to meet the recommended retail price.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays
I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?
Unfortunately we cannot add anything to an existing order. Please place a new order for the new item.
Where is my order confirmation?
Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org your safe sender list.
Is it possible to track my order?
You will receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Orders to China and Hong Kong will not be provided with a tracking number since they are shipped with a local carrier.
If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, please contact our customer service.
From where are the items shipped?
– Orders to Europe, North America and South America are shipped from Sweden. You will receive a UPS tracking number within 1-2 business days.
– Orders to Asia (excluding Hong Kong), Oceania, the Middle East and Africa are shipped from Hong Kong. You will receive a UPS tracking number within 2-3 business days.
– Orders to Hong Kong are shipped from Hong Kong with SF Express. You will not receive a tracking number for your order.
– Orders to China are shipped from Shenzhen with SF Express. You will not receive a tracking number for your order.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Any un-opened product can be returned or exchanged for store credit within 14 days of delivery. We offer free returns and easy returns for all customers. Please make sure you include your order number along with contacting email@example.com to schedule the return. You are responsible for all shipping.
Have you received my return?
You will receive an email confirming the registration of your return from our return department and your refund will reach you within 7 business days after that. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. If you haven’t received an email within two weeks from the date that you returned your package, please contact our customer service with your order and tracking number.After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
What to do if I have received the wrong product?
We strongly advise that you, as a customer, control that the item is correct and flawless when you receive your delivery. If you have received the wrong item or if it is damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days.
Is there a warranty on Harry Williams Watches?
Harry Williams Watches has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for two years after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don’t work properly, and it’s our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal) and the watchband. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you’ve purchased from our site or Amazon, the order number will suffice; otherwise you will need to send us a copy of the receipt from an authorized Harry Williams Watches dealer.
Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.
– Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
– Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
– Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as an earthquake
– Esthetical changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches, etc.; on the case and/or crystal, alteration of the color on the watchband and peeling of the plating)
– In case the retail store and the purchase date are not indicated on the warranty, or if this information has been rewritten
– If the warranty is not submitted along with the watch
– Battery replacement
– The case, dial, hands, crystal, watchband or other parts therefor may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.
This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.
