Refund policy
1. Return & Exchange Period: Within 30 business days
You may return items purchased on HarryWilliams within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If the 30-day return window has passed and your product is still under warranty, please contact us for warranty service.
2. Warranty
We provide a 24-month free warranty for products purchased from HarryWilliams. That is, when the order is delivered to your shipping address, the 24-month free warranty begins.
3. Return and Refund Terms & Conditions
- For appliances purchased directly from HarryWilliams only, HarryWilliams will not accept returns on HarryWilliams-branded appliances purchased from other retailers or resellers.
- The purchased appliances must be brand new with the original packaging and accessories.
- If the appliance does not work properly due to non-human factors, please email us your order ID and a video of the product problem; we will examine and provide a solution as soon as we receive the email.
4. How do you return a product?
- To return your appliance to harrywilliams, email us at: watchharrywilliams@gmail.com
- requesting a Return Authorization (RA). Please include your order ID number and the reason for your return/exchange. All returns require authorization, which is only issued via email.
- If the appliance meets our return and exchange policies, we will provide you with our return shipping address; please ship the appliance within 7 days, after receiving our refund confirmation email (usually within 24-48 hours).
- Please email the tracking number after return shipment.
- We will contact you after we receive the products. The refund will be processed in 3~7 business days.
Note:
1. When you request a refund or exchange, please email us.
The contents must be included in the email:
- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos or videos proving that the appliance is original or not man-damaged.
- Once we receive the email, we will reply to you within 24 hours.
2. Make sure the appliance you are returning or exchanging is repacked with all accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
3. If the replacement is due to non-human factors, we will send a replacement product within 7 days.
5. Shipping costs
- If the appliance is returned due to non-human factors (defects or damage), shipping costs must be paid in advance by the customer. Please provide the invoice for the return shipping costs, and we will return the product cost to your original account and the shipping costs to your PayPal account.
- If the appliance is returned due to other reasons, please note that we will not cover the return shipping costs after shipment.
Note: We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
6. Refund
- If the item is returned in like-new condition with all original packaging intact due to non-human factors (defects or damage), we will refund the product cost and shipping costs to your original payment account;
- Once the returned item is received, it takes up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
- If you do not receive your refund after 7 business days, please contact us directly via watchharrywilliams@gmail.com with your order number and payment method; once we receive the email, we will reply to you within 24 hours.
