Refund Policy

1. Return & Exchange Period: Within 30 Business Days
Items purchased from HarryWilliams can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

If the 30-day return window has passed and the product is still under warranty, please contact us for warranty service.


2. Warranty
We provide a 24-month free warranty for all products purchased from HarryWilliams.

The warranty period begins once the order is delivered to your shipping address.


3. Return & Refund Terms and Conditions

  • Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from HarryWilliams.
  • We do not accept returns for HarryWilliams products purchased through other retailers or resellers.
  • Returned items must be brand new and include original packaging and accessories.
  • If the product malfunctions due to non-human factors, please email us your order ID along with a video showing the issue. We will review and provide a solution as soon as possible.

4. How to Return a Product
To return a product, please email: watchharrywilliams@gmail.com

Request a Return Authorization (RA) and include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange

All returns must be authorized via email.

If your return meets our policy:

  • We will provide the return shipping address
  • Please ship the item within 7 days after receiving our confirmation email (usually within 24–48 hours)
  • After shipping, email us the tracking number

Once we receive the returned product, we will contact you.
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.


Important Notes
When requesting a return or exchange, your email must include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos or videos proving the product is original and not damaged by human factors

We will respond within 24 hours after receiving your email.

Please ensure:

  • The product is repacked with all original accessories and documentation
  • For non-human defect replacements, a replacement product will be shipped within 7 days

5. Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to non-human factors (defects or damage), shipping costs must be paid in advance by the customer. Please provide the shipping receipt, and we will reimburse the product cost to your original payment method and the return shipping cost via PayPal.
  • For returns due to other reasons, return shipping costs are not covered after dispatch.

Note: We do not accept freight collect shipments.


6. Refunds

  • If the item is returned in like-new condition with all original packaging due to non-human factors (defects or damage), we will refund both the product cost and shipping fee to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
