Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must have been purchased through Harry Williams official website. Items bought from Harry Williams brand stores or any other sales channels are not covered by this policy. Return terms do not apply to customized products or to items that, by their nature, are unsuitable for return and have been confirmed as such by the customer at the time of purchase.
The returned item must be in its original new, unused condition, maintaining the same quality and functionality as when it was received, and must not hinder its resale. Please include all original tags, accessories, instruction manuals, any accompanying gifts, and any bundled gift box packaging.
When sending back your return, please use the original packaging. Harry Williams is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping.
Harry Williams reserves the right to amend the return and repair policy at any time. In the event of any dispute, Harry Williams also reserves the right of final interpretation.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. However, you may place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your returned package.
Refund
Provided that all cancellation requirements are met, Harry Williams will refund the amount you paid for the returned products as quickly as reasonably possible, and in any case within 14 days after receiving the return shipment.
