1. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within the EU.
Our warehouses are located in Hong Kong and Italy. We will choose the closest warehouse for shipment based on your order details.
2. Order Processing
Each order requires 1–2 business days for processing.
Express shipping usually takes approximately 4–7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Please note that we have no control over the shipping process.
Shipments may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We do not accept PO/APO/FPO addresses. We are not responsible for invalid or undeliverable addresses.
For security reasons, we are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.
4. Order Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
