We offer free shipping on all orders within the EU.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Hong Kong or Italy. We select the closest warehouse based on your order details.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once your order is with the carrier, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

Your shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We cannot accept deliveries to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses, and we are not responsible for invalid or undeliverable addresses.

For security reasons, packages cannot be rerouted after dispatch.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
